Chris was sadly killed in a road traffic collision on the 9th June 2023.
A full day of activities was organised and planned which included a football match, with Waterloo taking on a select team followed by a rugby match, Sam Day’s select team taking on the Westgate Common ARLFC. Both were played at the Wakefield City Golf Club. They had also organised for people to meet at The Lupset Hotel afterwards for some drinks and a celebration, with Live music from Belle Velvet and Jack Ray Walton.
They raised an amazing £4,003.72.
